[ARCHIVED] Leaf Collection Complete

pile of fall leaves

The City of Sidney Street Department will finish the final round of leaf collection today, December 9, 2020.  If residents have any leaves remaining after today, please call Brian Green, Street Superintendent at 937-498-8159 to report them.  Residents are asked to move any vehicles parked over the leaf piles so crews can access the leaves.  Any leaf piles remaining after Friday, December 11, 2020, will need to be bagged and set out for collection during the the monthly yard waste collection.

Monthly yard waste is scheduled to start the week of December 14.  City crews will collect yard waste once per month during the second full week of each month from December to April.  Residents should place their yard waste out the same day as their trash collection.  Residents are encouraged to annually review the yard waste pick up guidelines.
