On February 10, 2022, at approximately 10:35 p.m. Sidney police officers were dispatched to the Clark Station at 125 W Court Street referencing a vehicle crashing into the building and striking several people. A female that was struck was transported to Wilson ER by an acquaintance prior to officers’ arrival.
An investigation determined the suspect, Marques White, had a brief altercation with several subjects. The suspect then intentionally drove a vehicle into a group of people and into the building. The suspect backed the vehicle out of the building and fled the scene.
Marques White was taken into custody and incarcerated at Shelby County Jail.
