The City of Sidney recently implemented a way to submit City of Sidney individual income tax payments online, via a secure form. Individuals can now access https://ohio-sidney.insourcetax.com to make tax payments.
To make individual income tax and estimate payments online, individuals will need the following information:
- social security number
- street address
- birth date or phone number
Individuals may pay online with a bank account or credit or debit card. There is a 3% convenience fee to pay online using a debit or credit card with a $1.95 minimum fee. The city does not receive any of this fee. The payment will appear on credit card/banking statements as a single entry of the combined payment and the InSource Solutions Group, Inc. convenience fee.
Individuals will be provided a confirmation number once the payment is submitted successfully. This number should be kept with your tax records.
The Revenue Collection Department is open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday to assist taxpayers with Sidney tax return preparation at no charge.
City staff is presently researching secure, accurate, fast, and easy options to file city tax returns. Properly protecting sensitive financial and tax data is a paramount concern.
Sidney Income Tax Returns are due no later than Monday, April 15, 2024.
