Riverbend Park is 14.4 acres and is located at 1400 Constitution Avenue adjacent to Riverbend subdivision. The land for Riverbend Park was deeded to the City of Sidney on June 26th 1981 from Mid-Continent Properties, Inc. for the sum of $1, and other valuable consideration. Mid-Continent Properties were the developers of Riverbend sub-division. Peter R. Thompson, Mid-Continent Properties President, signed the deed over to the City of Sidney.
