Political Signs

Every citizen is encouraged to participate in the democratic process: to exercise their right to vote in local, state, and federal elections.  This includes the right to express political viewpoints.  Political (election signs) are allowed on any private property as long as the sign does not impede the ability of drivers on public roads to see other vehicles.  Political signs may not be placed in the right-of-way.  Signs placed in the right-of-way will be removed by City staff.  More in-depth information is available here.
